Source Acquisition Policy

Waleed Studio permits content to be acquired, imported, downloaded, ingested, or otherwise accessed by its systems only through methods authorized by the relevant source owner, platform, campaign agreement, licence, or other applicable contract.

Authorized acquisition methods may include official APIs or OAuth integrations, assets supplied directly by a brand or campaign owner, licensed feeds, or explicit permission from the relevant rights holder.

Public availability, technical accessibility, successful URL validation, or the technical ability to retrieve content does not by itself establish authorization to acquire or use that content.

Authorization for one acquisition method does not constitute authorization for other acquisition methods or other content.

Where authorization is unclear, automated acquisition must not proceed. The source must instead require review or use of an explicitly authorized acquisition method.

This policy governs source-acquisition authorization only. It does not replace or override applicable law, platform terms, copyright obligations, campaign requirements, licences, or contractual restrictions.
